Our Team

An interdisciplinary systems thinker with a background in water supply, geosciences, and community development. Throughout her career, Ayari has worked across the private sector, nonprofits, and scientific research organizations in the United States, Mexico, and Germany. Most recently, she worked in the Department of Integrated Regional Water Management at the Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Her experience focuses on designing and evaluating water treatment systems, and translating technical research into practical solutions that strengthen environmental resilience and community capacity. Ayari holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, a certificate in Sphere Standards for Humanitarian Response, and a certificate in WASH Systems Strengthening through UNICEF.
